Shipping & Exchange


We strive to dispatch all products within three weeks after the order has been successfully placed. However the time taken after dispatch depends on location of delivery.  


We, at Yavï, do not have a return policy. All of our products undergo rigorous quality checks. We try our best to ensure every product reflects our commitment to perfection. However, in the following scenarios, the product can be exchanged-

  • We are committed to maintain quality control, yet if there is a manufacturing defect from our side, then we can take the product back and provide you with a new one. After we have received it, we will run a quality test of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased. 
  • If the garment received is of incorrect size, or does not fit as per your expectations or requirement, we can alter or exchange it. If you require such a customisation, mail us at or reach us at +919711667138.

We will however exchange any item, in the same state as how you received it-

  • All labels and tags are intact
  • Has not been worn, washed  or altered
  • Has no stains

  • No exchange request will be entertained after 7 days of delivery.
  • The item(s) returned fail to imply fault from our side during quality check.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product is found to be used or is in unsatisfactory condition.
  • The product has to be sent back in the same way as it was sent to you. Please ensure it is completely packed and sealed.
  • Yavï cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost during the transit. Thereby, please inform us once you send it back and keep all the tracking details until we confirm it’s delivery.
